Our guest in this episode, Dr. Harold Foley III, is an academic professor (with a Ph.D.) turned real estate developer. He has been in real estate since 1996, starting off as co-owner and Vice President of VOB development, and now President of HF3 Group LLC.

Dr Hal and I talked about the Foley family's roots and foundations, and the important role they played in setting him up for where he's at right now. We also chatted about how he got started flipping/rehabbing homes in New Orleans, and how that turned into constructing affordable housing communities using affordable housing tax credits.

The Dr Hal and the Foley family have a multitude of accomplishments to celebrate, and it was a privilege to uncover their story with him. Truly heart warming!
